I printed it and it’s next to my desk now. ⁣⁣ 💜⁣⁣ I believe in the importance of daily work on oneself, which for my case includes a 15-minute meditation, affirmations and visualization, and journaling. ⁣⁣ It’s what we call in French “𝘩𝘺𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘦” or in English “𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦”, but I prefer the French way of saying it.😉 And you?
