I used Podia before to host my courses and programs, but in 2023, I switched to Thrivecart for three reasons;

• There is access to a special offer of one-time payment for a lifetime account.

• It gives more data and analytics.

• It integrates with my email service provider, Active Campaign, so I can fully onboard new contacts with personalized emails

Website Builder

I’ve used WordPress, Weebly, Wix, and Shopify, and since I’ve discovered Squarespace, it has become my number one website builder. The templates are clean, modern, and professional-looking. The support is fantastic. It has some built-in SEO features, free mobile device apps to access analytics and edit your site on the go, and most importantly, everything is in one place!

Flodesk

If you’re new to email marketing and newsletters, I recommend this email service provider (I’ve used it for almost three years!). It’s user-friendly and enables you to send beautiful emails and build automated email series. You also create email courses and PDF guide delivery, for example. The design interface is straightforward and pleasant to use, and you can pick from so many templates, from minimal ones to magazine-looking ones.

Active Campaign

This is more advanced than Flodesk and is the one I’m using. There are more features and CRM, and most importantly, it integrates directly with Thrivecart (which I use as a course platform) and many other platforms. Evernote

I organize my digital life, both professionally and personally, with Evernote. Evernote is the perfect note-taking app wherever, whenever. 

Trello 

I use Trello to manage long-term projects as the interface makes it easy to break down the project into tasks, assign deadlines and collaborate with my team. I also use it to track the work with my private clients and for my content editorial calendar. 

The Contract Shop

Fiverr

It's a market where you can find contractors for all services for your business and life. I've outsourced design work, proofreading, trademark, translation, podcast editing, and database management; it's great to have a place to look whenever I need help for something without having to ask around. 

Airtable

I use Airtable to make "smart" spreadsheets with color codes and trackings, such as managing my clients' and prospects' questionnaires, forms, and testimonial records.

Canva

I use the platform to make ALL my graphics for social media, marketing collaterals, icons, mockups, course worksheets, and workbooks. They have tons of templates that you can customize to your brand. I love it so much that I use it every single day! 

Creative Market

It's a marketplace where you can purchase graphic templates for your website and marketing collateral. I've purchased fonts, patterns, workbook templates, lead magnet templates, and social media graphic templates. You can also sign up for a free fonts and graphics weekly roundup! 

Placeit

This is great if you’d like to promote a course, a book, or a freebie and don’t want to spend time designing its mockup to market it. You can also find free mockups in Canva, but I took a dedicated subscription at Placeit to access more templates. I guess by now, you know that I’m a template advocate!
